Walker Adventures is the expert in everything about South and Central America. Latin America is our specialty. From culture, arts, and history to food and wine, we know exactly where to take you to let you experience the Americas like a native. We love active adventures.
Walker Adventures was created by US/Peruvian citizen Pam Walker.
Pam Walker’s travels have now taken her to over 128 countries out of 195 in the world. South America and Southeast Asia remain two of her favorite destinations on our planet!
As a tour escort in South America for most of her life, it became part of her soul. She moved to Lima where she lived for 10 years, then moved back to the US with the desire to share her second country with friends and family. Pam opened Explorations in Atlanta in 1988 which has become Walker Adventures!
She now loves to share her personal experiences and help clients on trips to all continents.

To bring peace and understanding throughout the world and to enjoy the wild and beautiful places we share with friends and clients.
Pam has been recognized by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast as well as the Washington Post for her knowledge of food and wine in South America. She also was a member of the Saveur Magazine Travel Advisory Board for 7 years. She was recognized by Conde Nast Travel as being an expert in all things South American for many years.
Pam now writes a monthly travel column both online and in print (www.OurTownGwinnett.com).
Hiking, horseback riding, exploring the wild places, food and wine are her hobies and she loves to share those experiences with her clients.
